IMPORTANT: SHIPPING CHARGES FOR CERTAIN REGIONS


Please be aware that shipping charges are higher for North East India. If you wish to have your
order delivered to North East India, kindly drop us an email at info@theforestextract.com with
your requirements. We will assess the shipping method and charges and send you the
invoice. Please refrain from making online payments, as your order may be cancelled.


For all orders within India, an entry tax needs to be paid as per the government's policy. The
buyer will be responsible for covering this cost.

Order Processing and Turnaround Time

Our goal is to process your order with the quickest possible turnaround. We've partnered with
leading logistics companies to ensure efficient shipping of your products. Note that the
processing time for orders containing multiple items will be based on the item with the
longest processing time, as all items in a single order will ship together.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 9 to 10 working days after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary based on the product type, quantity, destination, and mode of
payment. We will keep you informed of any delays via email. If your order is delayed by more
than four days from the communicated time, please call us with your order number for
expedited assistance.

Additional Costs

In case of entry charges, the buyer will be liable to pay for these additional costs.

Shipping Locations

We ship PAN India. In case your shipping address is outside our courier partner's service area,
your order will be dispatched by Indian Postal Service, potentially causing a delay. We will
inform you of such instances via email.

The buyer is responsible for providing any necessary inward or declaration forms required for
shipping to the provided address. Failure to do so may result in delivery delays, for which we
won't be held responsible.

Billing & Shipping Details

should match your Credit Card/Debit Card statement, while shipping details are where you
want your order delivered. If both are the same, click the provided box. Ensure accuracy for a
smooth delivery process.
