sent or are found to be defective

  • Upon verification, if an exchange is not feasible, Forest Extract will issue a refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase

2. Defective Products:

  • Customers must notify Forest Extract within 7 days from the date of purchase if they
    receive defective products.
  • After verifying the defect, Forest Extract will facilitate a refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Forest
Extract does not provide refunds through a wallet or any other method.

Credit Option:

In certain cases where an exchange is not possible, Forest Extract may issue a credit for the
amount of the exchanged products. This credit can be utilized to purchase other products from our website.

Refund Timeline:
